Connect with your Spirit world through Foods

Thanks a bunch for reading this today…. :-)

Humans are clusters of energy waves, moving faster and faster all the time. As a human you have agreed to see yourself as solid forms through consensus reality. Everything you do and think, everything you eat and drink, in fact, everything you put into and around your body effects the overall vibration of your entire being. After all, we are energy, and food is energy for us, thus affecting our energy overall.

Therefore, it is quite essential that you pay attention to the vibrations of the foods you eat. When you eat foods that have a high and rapid vibration, you are more able to hold a strong, healthy, exuberant and joyful state. When, on the other hand, you eat foods of a slower, lower frequency, you lower your vibrations and, wonder why you don’t feel quite so good that day.

Each of us has a signature vibration; each food you ingest contributes to that vibration. Here are some of the foods for lower vibrations that you should avoid, not just for nutrition and toxin’s sakes:

  • Genetically modified (GMO) food, and conventional food that’s been treated with chemicals and pesticides
  • White rice and flours
  • Sugars, sweeteners (artificial etc.)
  • Coffee
  • Sodas
  • Alcohol
  • Meat, fish and poultry
  • Processed, packaged, canned and fast foods
  • Unhealthy oils, like canola, cottonseed, margarine, and vegetable oils
  • Frozen foods
  • Pasteurized cows milk, yogurt and cheese
  • Cooked foods, deep fried foods and microwaving food

Colonics Raleigh NC: Releasing the Negative Brings us Closer to God

Thanks for Checking in Here with Us!  :-P

Our new practitioner is a Energetic Re-balancer. A Shaman.

This is Trish Bakers and Petra Lebeau’s website.

Between these two women, I have found peace in this world. I had all the other components.  The best partner, a fabulous home, 4 children, two vehicles, and a career that I molded to go where I wanted it to go. However, I was so angry all the time, I was judging people and events as if “I” actually had all the facts.  I would comment on politics as if I had all the facts. I would make decisions like my very catholic  mother or father might have made them. I started to sound like my mom when she was my age.

Now I have everything I want in this life and each day I write the script. My  generational inherited baggage doesn’t influence my decisions anymore. I tell you I have found the key to true happiness and peace.

What of the spiritual side of self-healing?

Where does Christ fit in all this?

What have I gained by learning about the body’s energy field, trapped emotions, tapping, essential oils, reflexology, etc.?

Has this brought me closer to Christ? Does it bring people closer to Christ?

An Order in All Things

As I have learned about these things I have gained a tremendous awe and appreciation for the creation of the world and all living and non-living things … far beyond what I felt before. There is an order to the universe that is absolutely breathtaking in its magnificence. I feel closer to the Creator and recognize His abundant love for us.

Increased Empathy and Being Less Judgmental

In learning about the significance of trapped emotions and where they come from, I feel much more empathy for individuals in their circumstances. I am less judgmental because I realize that in many cases what drives people to do what they do is pretty complicated and they may not even themselves realize what is driving them to certain actions. I have come to realize that there are those who, with full knowledge, make wrong choices. On the other hand there are those who make choices based on past experiences that they likely do not even remember. It is not for me to judge which category each fits in.

Lead by the Spirit of God

I have listened to Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils, tell about turning to his “Father” to ask for answers in putting oil blends together and receiving those answers.

Sitting in a seminar and listening to Dr. Bradley Nelson, author of The Emotion Code, I have heard him tell the story (also written in his book) of how he and his wife were lead to discovering heart walls. He was taught something he didn’t even know to look for. This could only have come through the Spirit of God.

Carol Tuttle in her book Remembering Wholeness writes, “I am writing this book because God asked me to.”

I read David Stewart’s words in his book Healing Oils of the Bible wherein he says that essential oils are a gift from God to us his children.

Do these people believe in God? Absolutely!! In learning and changing our hearts we turn towards God and we become more Christ-like.

Releasing the Negative Brings us Closer to Christ

I have seen and/or read of people who have changed their lives for the better just by releasing their heart wall. Does it not bring one closer to Christ and to our loving Heavenly Father to get rid of the negative that is holding us down?

In the word’s of Carol Tuttle, p. 6 of Remembering Wholeness:

“As negative energy is released, clients are opened to their spiritual nature. This allows them to remember who they are and why they are here.”

Releasing trapped emotions has allowed people to get in the energy of forgiving others and of forgiving themselves. They have an increased willingness to look outside themselves because they are no longer hurting and wounded. Are not these Christ-like attributes? We are able to get beyond our own baggage and issues so that we can look outward. In the releasing and letting go we discover the divinity of Christ within us.

Following in Christ’s Path

In helping others to heal, whether emotionally, mentally, spiritually or physically, we are following in the path of Christ. Christ’s greatest miracles were in healing.

Being Ready to Heal

Not everyone is ready to heal. For some their baggage is a crutch that they are not ready to let go of. It may serve to bring attention or give an excuse for them not to do other things.

David Stewart has written:

“When we suffer with a disease, even a fatal one, there is often a part of us that wants to be healed but another part that does not. Sickness can serve to bring us some of the things we want in life, like sympathy or a sense of self-worth or freedom from certain responsibilities because we are sick. Sickness is often an unconscious choice at an emotional level. We have actually invited the disease into our lives at an unconscious level. When the opportunity comes to be healed, we may accept it consciously and intellectually, but reject it subconsciously and emotionally.”

It is for us to be patient. On a daily basis I see people that I think, “Oh, if only I could tell you about ________ and have you listen and be willing to work at it.” So many times I know that the person is not ready to listen to these truths. Yet there are those who are ready and it is to you that I speak. Open your heart and mind to listen and understand. You will be amazed at the changes that can come into your life.

Energetic Re-balancing. What is it?

Within the body lie seven vital energy centers.  We can’t see or feel them; they won’t show up in an X ray or MRI.  Yet for thousands of years, Eastern cultures have recognized their importance to our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.  Through these centers, known as chakras, life energy flows and is processed.

In Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language, charka means “wheel” or “circle.” Balanced chakras can be visualized as spinning vortices, revolving in a clockwise direction at particular frequencies.  When imbalanced, chakras may spin counterclockwise and /or the energy may move horizontally or vertically.  The first chakra, the root chakra, spins at the slowest rate of speed; the seventh, the crown chakra, revolves at the highest.  Each chakra is also associated with and stimulated by a specific color, and by sounds that vibrate at a similar frequency.

Arranged vertically from the base of the spine to the top of the head, the chakras are part of an energy pathway know as the sushmana, Sanskrit for spine.  Energy moves through the central nervous system along the sushmana from the base of the spine through the brain, ending at the tip of the nose.  How energy flows in and out of the chakras and up and down this pathway greatly affects us.  Balanced chakras allow energy to flow freely, promoting health, vitality, and harmony.  Life experiences such as illness, trauma, and stress can cause imbalances, and chakras may become blocked (deficient) or overloaded (excessive).

Imbalances produce a wide array of ailments and disturbances.  Often imbalances are temporary, but they can persist, resulting in chronic illness, disease, and habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.  Fortunately, chakras can be cleared, rebalanced, and energized through yoga, controlled deep breathing (pranayama), and meditation, as well as with gemstones and crystals, flower essences, and essential oils.

Unlike psychotherapy, which focuses on identifying the root of a specific problem in order to solve it, it is not necessary to know which chakras are unbalanced, whether they are deficient or excessive, or what is causing the imbalances in order to balance them again.  When the chakras begin to clear, however, you may notice that your habitual thought patterns change, your feelings shift, and new actions or reactions occur. For instance, you may experience more energy, feel more compassionate, or perceive things more clearly.  A journey of profound healing and transformation begins.

Good Place to start to learn about Shamanic healing;

We can cleanse our bodies until there is not one piece of heavy metal (not likely), the colon is immaculate, the lungs are clear, the kidneys, gallbladder, liver, spleen, joints etc, etc,…however, I have found out the hard way, that when you do not clear your chakras of the psychic sludge they built up over the decades you will not heal your physical ailments.

If you think we are nut cases think about how long Western Medical Doctors (EEG’s, & EKG’s) have been used to monitor your “ENERGY”. Think how long the keystone cops been placing peoples fingers in a polygraph to measure your frequencies. A polygraph means just that; poly=many and graph means graph. They measure your energy folks. People use your energy against on a consistent  basis . Good people feed off High frequency waves, like love & trust

But Bad people, like the United Nations,  feed off your low frequencies. You may want to learn how to change your frequency fast. Times are changing to a real fear based society and that feeds your enemies (most times their unknown enemies). However, if your energy is re-balanced, and not a energy from your past, you will be untouchable.  I love the new me, and that was not the case before.
