After decades of research, my common sense led me to understand  why all of humans are so sick. A few thoughts I have that you can toss about with yourself:

This is what happens to food when we cook it:

Produces compounds toxic to us

increases the load placed on your digestive track

most antioxidants rendered unusable

enzymes all destroyed

proteins become denatured and restructured

vitamins destroyed and damaged

fats become stickier

carbohydrates are changed and A.G.E.’s are produced

Genetically Modified Food to begin with which causes disease right by itself…

 

Our ancestors had to eat what was available, I don’t think they waited for technology to come along and provide machines for cooking.

Also wherever there is big money, expect to hear misinformation……..

Are you full of cooked food sitting in your 37 feet of intestines? The way to figure that one out is to see if you have a big bulge under your belly button area. Yes? Thats poop!

In fact, many scientists now recognize the gut as an external organ, although it is inside our body. This is because the gut is the gateway to the bloodstream and rest of the body. The intestinal barrier, located in the lining of the small intestine, is what prevents harmful substances from entering our body. So where do things go wrong? When that barrier is damaged or compromised, foreign molecules can pass through the barrier to the bloodstream causing the body to launch an immune response to protect itself. This is known as intestinal permeability, or what many refer to as “leaky gut,” which is connected to a wide variety of health conditions, including food sensitivities, allergies, and autoimmune diseases. The following is a partial list of conditions related to intestinal permeability:
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis
  • Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis)
  • Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders
  • Schizophrenia and other mental health disorders
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Lupus
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Type 1 Diabetes
  • Asthma and Allergies
  • Skin Disorders (Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis)

 

It is also essential that our gut contain a proper balance and wide diversity of beneficial bacteria. These tiny intestinal organisms digest your food, control your appetite and metabolism, orchestrate your immune system, affect your mood, and help determine how your genes are expressed. They play a major role in heart, bone, and brain health along with producing certain nutrients.
Unfortunately, our modern world is full of things that upset the glorious balance of the microbiome, leaving the majority of the population with inadequate beneficial bacteria. The following lists the most common offenders when it comes to gut health:
  • Medications such as antibiotics, birth control, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), anti-depressants, antacids, and more
  • Chronic stress, which can affect gut permeability and change bacterial composition
  • Exposure to environmental toxins, especially pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic), and plastics (Bisphenol-A)
  • Food toxins such as artificial preservatives, colorings, sweeteners, hormones, antibiotics, and chemical additives and in some cases wheat and gluten
  • Dental toxins including mercury amalgams, root canal toxins, and poor oral hygiene
  • Inadequate bacterial acquisition at birth (C-section, parents gut health, inadequate breast feeding)
  • Current health or disease status

 

The good news is that our intestinal cells can regenerate and the lining can be repaired. In fact, the intestine is the most highly regenerative organ in the body, regenerating its lining every five to seven days. This continual cell renewal allows the lining to withstand the constant wear and tear of breaking down food, absorbing nutrients and eliminating waste. To improve the health of your glorious gut, follow this four-step approach:
  • Remove the gut offenders listed above as best you can, to minimize cumulative damage.
  • Restore the health of your digestive system by consuming whole foods rich in enzymes, fiber, and nutrients.
  • Reintroduce beneficial bacteria by consuming fermented foods (yogurt, sauerkraut, miso, tempeh, kimchi, kombucha, etc. – see last month’s newsletter) or by taking a probiotic supplement.
  • Food toxins such as artificial preservatives, colorings, sweeteners, hormones, antibiotics, and chemical additives – and in some cases wheat and gluten
  • Repair the intestinal lining with gut-healing foods. Diet has the most powerful influence on gut microbial communities in humans. Choose whole foods rich in polyphenols, which promote growth of prebiotic microbes (food for our good bacteria) and decrease disease-causing bacteria.

I am a 51 year old female with chronic constipation,bloating and gas for over ten years. Nothing worked for me,if it did relieve my constipation it was only temporary and caused severe gas and abdominal pain. A coworker told me about Intestinal fitness and recommended that I go. I am on three different medications for depression and anxiety and I am aware this adds to my constipation. What comes along with constipation is fatigue, bloating,gas and toxins throughout the body. Since i have been going to Intestinal Fitness I have felt so much better, less fatigue because I am having regular bowel movements, no bloating and hardley any gas now. I hope to soon get off any medications that are causing a negative affect on my body. I am a true example of how much better you can feel when you rid the body of toxins that are causing so many health problems. I look forward to feeling like a normal person because of Intestinal Fitness. Thank you for all you have done for me and my health. I’m a 21-year-old student who used to suffer from nervousness, anxiety, and fatigue, and I hadn’t had my period in more than two years. I also had recurrent abdominal pain (specifically related to bloating). I was underweight and had low blood pressure. I ignored these problems because I had bowel movements daily, so I assumed there was nothing wrong with what I was doing. However, after receiving several X-rays at the doctor, I learned that I had a severe buildup of waste in my intestines. Their solution was to put me on medications such as Beano to “fix” the problem. This involved taking countless pills all day every day, which was unrealistic and unnecessary (medications are never the answer to our problems!). After several months, my health status had just gotten worse. When I heard about Intestinal Fitness, I was honestly a bit skeptical at first. I had read online articles about the “negative” aspects of colonics (completely false!), but I didn’t really have any other options. First, I need to say that Gabrielle and the Intestinal Fitness staff are AMAZING. Gabrielle is one of the friendliest, nicest, engaging, and educated people I know. She is so genuine and has such a passion for positively impacting the lives of other. Although I was really nervous, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed during my visit. Throughout my visit, she talked about health-related issues in our society today, as well as things I can do to proactively fight against them. At the same time, I saw so much build up coming out of my system. It’s hard to believe that I was so backed up when I’m relatively young. However, Gabrielle also did an excellent job explaining the importance of colonics, as well as the reasons we all have so much waste (such as unavoidable air pollution). I saw waste coming out of my system from years and YEARS in the past (even though I eat really healthy now, I obviously ate my fair share of candy and fast food as a kid!). I also had an eating disorder for a couple years, so she explained I had likely gotten backed up because of my unhealthy relationship with food (even though I wasn’t eating much of it!). After my first colonics, I felt incredible. I immediately scheduled appointments to come back in the following weeks. Under the guidance of Gabrielle, I set up a plan to get my intestines back in order. She walked me through everything I need to do, and it has worked beautifully. I just finished my 5th colonic and have never felt better. My bloating is almost completely gone, which is incredible in itself. My clothes finally fit normally again, and I have way more energy! I also go to the bathroom easily on a regular basis now (ALOT– 4+ times a day!). At this point, I plan to use Intestinal Fitness for maintenance as needed, but Gabrielle has gotten me to a place where I can live a completely healthy lifestyle as a student. I CANNOT RECOMMENDED INTESTINAL FITNESS ENOUGH!!!! I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from Intestinal Fitness, regardless of age, gender, health status, etc. We all have waste in our bodies just from living– why not address these problems now instead of continuing to let them build up?!?!

Lately  I’ve been bloated and gassy.  Overall I have experienced a a feeling of ‘heaviness’  in my abdomen.  Even though I have a movement each and EVERY day I wasn’t prepared for the amount of backed up fecal matter my body released!   I poop every day…. but you would never believe it.  The amount of feces and old/undigested food that I saw flowing through the tube during the process was shocking.  Dr. Gabrielle explained things every step of the way.  There’s no need for shame or awkwardness.  She is super friendly and has a warm personality.  In addition, the space is clean and relaxing.  I highly recommend Intestinal Fitness for colon hydrotherapy.   You may be surprised what you’re carrying around with you every day!

    Gabrielle and Rebecca: on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give you 100*. you have truly changed my life or should I say my intestinal life. Please stop by and talk to these professionals they do know what they are talking about.
    I have been Intestinal fitness for about 3 years. Just recently I tried the (refloristation)  treatment. THE HEALTHY BACTERIA ENEMA and it really works.
    I usually get the foot bath, the sauna, and the colon cleanse + the relforistation treatment.

    After my first appt, I felt soooo much better. I suffer from fatigue, chronic pain, digestive issues, acne, insomnia, brain fog… I had 3 services: infrared sauna, colonic and ionic detox foot bath. I let go off a lot of toxins that have been making me sick. I lost weight, dark spots on my face lightened, skin was softer, acne got better within a few days, dark circles under my eyes lessened. Finally, treatment that works!

    Gabbrielle Rosina Diamate, N. D. Is a very kind lady. She treats you with care and Rebecca sorrell is very kind also. Its a clean office with privacy.
    I have been constipated most of my life. I have been having mind fog, Lack of appetite, Gas, Aches and pains, Sinus, Bloated, After I ate I could taste the food as if it would not digest and the constipation got beyond chronicc what ever I took I was not getting relief.
    I have had 3 hydrotherapies and 2 ionic foot baths done. I have about 90% improvemwnt and the treatments have hepled out allot. I have had 3 therapies and I the most of everything is better.
    My brother John has done the colonics and ionic therapy and has good improvement  with just one visit.
    The ionic foot bath really works.

    I started going to Intestinal Fitness a little over a year ago upon my decision to thoroughly cleanse my body and help my mind to focus better. When I first came, I was greeted with a big smaile and the atmosphere was very soothing and quiet. The place is very clean and cozy, makes you want to stay there the whole day. And on some visits I almost do: I drive all the way from Goldsboro, so I decided I might as well make it a cleansing day, while in Raleigh. So I go for the Ionic Foot bath for 50% off (if done on the same day as colonic), then their luxurious brand-new Far Infra-red Sauna, and finish the day off with a limphatic 2-hour long massage. And it is so worth it! Thats 4-5 hours of cleansing, relaxation and rejuvenation. These people really care that I get the results that I am looking for. They monitor my progress, and depending on what is coming out, they suggest a plan of other cleanses and supplements ( which they have in stock and know a great deal about), for the future best results. I know I want to keep going for a while longer, so I take advantage of their specials: you get 15% off if you pay for 3 visits . That’s what I’ve been doing. Gabi put me on a liver cleanse, so I’ve done that twice already, getting ready for a kidney cleanse. I also get the Aloe Vera juice every time to get even more out of my colonics, since it gets stuff off the intestinal walls much easier. Oh, and Gabi also started to do something new in the colonic sessions: she applies hot stones, and that facilitates the cleanse even further, only she calls it “production”!

    I am a very health- conscious female, 39 y.o., who decided that detoxification is the only way I can correct such issues like bloating and gas, constipation, problem skin, fatigue, to name just a few. So a year ago, in summer of 2010 I paid a visit to the Intestinal Fitness in Raleigh. I am still coming every 2-3 weeks, from out-of-town (I live in Goldsboro area), because the help I have been getting goes beyond just the colonic therapy sessions. The friendly personnel is very genuine in their goal to help customers like myself to really clean their bodies from poisons, toxins and heavy metals that had been lodged in there since childhood. They are very dilligent in monitoring my progress with how well I am doing and are giving me guidelines with what to do next, depending on what they see my body is releasing, so that I have  a plan of sorts, of what we’ll be doing next. They recommend all the natural cures, vitamins and other remedies they know at the moment, and stay up-to-date with all the new natural remedies and supplements that become available. I am very pleased with my accomplishments: my digestion/elimination has improved dramatically, my skin looks healthier and younger, pimples almost non-existant, I also have more energy. I am now doing the liver cleanse they recommended, next will be kidney cleanse.
    I also tried their ionic foot spa experience (you can get it at half price if you do it on the same day as your colonic) and saw what came out into the water, and Rebecca told me the body systems that were releasing, she knows it depending on the color of the water. The new addition is this luxurious Thera Sauna room where you get your far infra-red sauna for one hour, and you sweat your toxins out, and it’s not even that hot, but all that time you are sweating bullets. And of course, I had to try  out  their new massage therapist, Marcus, and his limphatic 2-hour long massage session. This is a rejuvenation experience that I love to treat myself to.

    I picked this place because they have the best far infrared sauna booth before my colonic. Sitting in that 135 degrees for 35 minutes “BEFORE” a colonic is the magic bullet that gets more releases on her colonic table! They also have a lymphatic masseuse on staff and the detoxification footbath was next.  I research everything and I get all four detox treatments for $220.00. Thats incredible.
    I was treated with respect and kindness, the detox center is impeccably clean.

Hemp Industry Overview

The first year of legal hemp farming in Colorado proves difficult for farmers

What if we just woke up one day and corn was outlawed?” asks Eric Hunter, president of the Rocky Mountain Hemp Association. “Imagine if 80 years down the road corn was illegal. There go chips, corn syrup, plastic cups. Hemp is just as harmless as corn — why should it be illegal?” 

Although illegal at the federal level, small steps are being taken toward legalization of industrial hemp farming in the U.S. In 2014, Colorado and Kentucky regulated legal hemp cultivation as part of the Farm Bill, allowing growers to register farmland dedicated to the crop. As of August 2014, Colorado had 55 commercial registrants with 1,461 acres and 73 research and development registrants with 237 acres.

Despite the number of acres and individuals registered, many fields are void of the crop due to seed accessibility issues. Of the 1,698 registered Colorado acres dedicated to cultivating hemp, 300 of those belong to Ryan Loflin’s farm in Springfield.

“Unfortunately, I’ve only been able to plant a little over six acres,” he says. “I wasn’t able to get seed — it got held up at customs.”

Loflin joins several registered farmers facing barriers during the inaugural year of hemp farming in Colorado. Ron Carleton, deputy commissioner for the Colorado Department of Agriculture, explains this is due, in part, to regulation inconsistencies. In addition to the Farm Bill at the federal level, the passage of Amendment 64 in Colorado legalized the cultivation, processing and sale of industrial hemp and allowed farmers to register with the state either as commercial growers or research and development growers.

“There are difficulties getting seeds because industrial hemp has essentially been illegal since the 1950s,” Carleton says. “The only seed they can get is from other countries because of the conflict with state versus federal law. Hemp and marijuana are considered to be one in the same, and seeds cannot be imported without an import permit from the [Drug Enforcement Agency]. And they’re not issuing any.”

Hunter says another hurdle lies with seed breeders refusing to export their seeds.

“Because it’s illegal, there’s no patent protection; they would have to be registered as part of the national seed database,” he says. “Until that happens, there’s really nothing to do.”

If farmers are lucky enough to get ahold of seeds, it’s not cheap. Seeds are typically imported from Canada, China and the European Union. Loflin estimates that seeds are being sold from Europe at $4 to $5 per pound and has even heard of an Italian seed going for $12 per pound. Last year he imported about 1,500 pounds of hemp seeds from Europe to plant 300 acres. The seeds were shipped in 55 pound bags for $250 per bag. He planted six acres this year with seeds he harvested last year.

“This year, I tried to do it completely legitimately through the Farm Bill,” he says. “I want to focus on seed production and establish good, climatized seed genetics. We’re not sure what the policy will be next year and getting seeds could be a problem again.”

Even if seeds are acquired and planted, farmers gamble with the potential potency of the hemp they’re cultivating. Under Farm Bill regulation, the Department of Agriculture reserves the right to test the crops to ensure the delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, is below 0.3 percent. If a crop tests beyond the limit, the farmer cannot legally harvest the hemp and may be required to destroy it, resulting in a major financial loss. With high prices and strict regulations, the reintroduction of hemp in Colorado has been difficult on farmers.

“In the first developing years of hemp plants being re-established in American soil, there could be THC spikes and changes,” Loflin says. “I think if they raised the level to 1 percent that would give every farmer peace of mind not having to worry. It costs me $300 per month just to water — if you put all that money into it and are told to destroy it in the end, it’s a big loss.”

The United States has historically had a love-hate relationship with Cannabis, the genus encompassing both hemp and marijuana. In 1937, Congress passed the Marihuana Tax Act which effectively began the era of hemp prohibition. The tax and licensing regulations of the act made hemp cultivation difficult for American farmers. The bombing of Pearl Harbor in World War II, however, was a game changer. It cut off foreign hemp from the Philippines, so the federal government subsidized and encouraged hemp cultivation during this time, leading farmers to grow more than 1 million acres. After the war ended, the government quietly shut down all hemp processing plants, and the industry faded away again. And, in 1970, the country severed all ties with the crop by categorizing all cannabis as a Schedule I substance per the Controlled Substances Act, freezing any sort of hemp cultivation, processing facilities and consumer sales.

Hunter believes reverting back to federal legalization would mark the end of what he considers an unnecessary era.

“Legalization would be a return to normalcy,” he says. “I laugh when they say legalization is an experiment — prohibition is the experiment.”

Although hemp is a cousin to marijuana, the psychoactive constituents are a notably smaller percentage of hemp’s chemical makeup. Recreational and medicinal marijuana have a higher percentage of THC usually ranging from 3 to 30 percent, whereas cannabis with THC levels of 1 percent or lower is considered hemp. Hemp also has a higher ratio of cannabidiol (CBD) to THC. Cannabidiol is found in both hemp and marijuana and is a non-psychoactive compound typically used for medical purposes.

The most famous example of medicinal hemp use is that of Charlotte Figi, a 5-yearold girl who suffers from Dravet syndrome, causing her to have hundreds of seizures every week. In 2012, a strain of hemp was developed in Colorado Springs to help Charlotte. Through cross breeding hemp varieties and landrace strains of cannabis, a new strain emerged yielding extremely high levels of cannabidiol and very low levels of THC, 20 percent and 0.5 percent, respectively. Consumed in hemp seed oil form, this strain eased Charlotte’s seizures from hundreds per week to only a few per month and was christened Charlotte’s Web.

Using Charlotte’s example and research studies on the medicinal benefits of hemp oil, representatives are going to bat at the federal level to separate hemp from marijuana by legal definition. The Charlotte’s Web Medical Hemp Act of 2014 was introduced to Congress on July 28. According to the Act, it would exclude “therapeutic hemp” and “cannabidiol” from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act.

The separation of hemp from marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act could reclassify or remove it from Schedule I classification, potentially leading to the federal legalization of hemp. Farmers would then be able to freely cultivate the crop on a larger scale. Colorado farmer Loflin sees that as a way to create employment opportunities and improve the economy.

“Ultimately, this is a job-creating crop, and what we need more than anything right now is jobs,” he says. “Leading the nation is pretty exciting — we’re right at the tip of the iceberg as far as the future goes. Farmers have been struggling for years, and this is giving them hope again.”

With Colorado on the forefront of the changing hemp industry, Deputy Commissioner Ron Carleton also sees promise for the future of hemp farming despite the hurdles many farmers faced in 2014.

“Industrial hemp has a lot of promise and potential as a commodity crop for our farmers,” he says. “I think it may take us a little while to get to the point where a lot of it is being cultivated and economically viable, but it has every intention to be a profitable crop.”

:lol:   People,     if you are confused about what Complementary, Alternative,  safe,  natural,  detoxification therapy to use to clean up with, just ask a white coat (you walk in a hospital/docs office what do you see? a sea of white coats right?). Whatever the white coat tells you, it’s the exact opposite! 

So for example, you ask a white coat Doctor,  Nurse,  PA  main stream, traditional, allopathic, conventional, injections, drugs and surgery person ; Should I do colonics?  and the white coat response is:  ”why would you do that? or you don’t need to detoxify, your body can do it on it’s own, or they are all quacks or something at all the least bit discouraging..here is what I suggest you do….

 

RUN, do not walk to whatever it is they discouraged you from doing. It’s that easy folks.

White Coat credibility is in the CAN . The mainstream, medical, conventional ,  injections, drugs and surgery person are puppets run by the Legal Drug Cartels (PHAT PHARMA).  The drug Lords :evil:  have BILLIONS of dollars to make. :mrgreen:  You interfere with that plan when you keep 30 feet of intestines clean.   :oops: You interfere with profits when you detoxify your body.   :twisted:

Detoxification – An Essential Process

Detoxification is a buzzword we hear more and more recently, especially in Complementary and Alternative Medicine circles. But what does detoxification actually mean and is it even worth your time to think about it?

Well yes, it probably is because the world we live in is so filled with toxicants (commonly called “toxins”) that even the strongest and healthiest among us are being assaulted every day with chemicals that our bodies must cope with (detoxify and remove) in order for us to survive. If our load of poisons is more than we (or each of our particular genetics) can handle, then this toxic exposure will eventually make us sick or could eventually even kill us. Our bodies, through normal operation, produce a base load of toxins that we need to process to keep functioning. We do have a capacity to detoxify more, but even if you happen to be extraordinarily careful and try to avoid every toxin in the world, there will come a time when you are accidentally exposed to a dose of some kind of toxic substance. Your body must detoxify all of these toxins in order for you to maintain your health.

Fortunately, our bodies have ways of handling foreign contaminants, primarily through the liver and kidneys. Clearing out toxic substances is known as detoxification, and our bodies are pretty good at it most of the time. But, there are some cases when your body needs just a little bit of help.

How can we help our bodies to detoxify and is it worth the bother?

THE HISTORY OF TOXINS

We, as humans, evolved to be able to handle certain problematic substances that are in our environment or diet (infections, injury, animal bites, and poisonous plants were the primary toxins we dealt with for most of our evolution).

Humans eventually started mining our own toxic substances. A good early example of this is the mining and using heavy metals like lead. During the Roman Empire people used make up and even “health” supplements created using lead, which caused significant illness in those exposed. Humans also experimented with toxic substances using them for manufacturing (e.g. using mercury to make men’s top-hats, leading to the now familiar description of top-hat manufacturers as “Mad as a Hatter”).

But the last 100 – 200 years has seen an explosion in the development and use of new and particularly dangerous toxic substances. This is primarily because chemistry has matured and humans learned how to assemble all kinds of “useful” chemicals. Unfortunately, many of these chemicals are also very toxic and often make us sick. From pesticides to industrial waste products, the amount of toxins we are exposed to is staggering.

HOW DOES YOUR BODY REMOVE TOXINS?

To simplify a very complicated subject, there are only a few ways our body can actually remove toxins from itself. The number 1 and 2 ways are pretty obvious (i.e. urination and defecation). Of course, If you’ve ever been sick with a stomach “bug”, you are probably well acquainted with another, more extreme route — nausea and vomiting clears out your stomach contents very quickly taking any toxins you ingested along with it. Another, less expected, way of removing toxins from our body is sweating, where the moisture and salts in our skin literally “pull” the toxins out with them. Another method of toxin removal, you may not give much thought to, is respiration. A good example of this is that every minute we breathe out excess carbon dioxide (a toxin for us).

Finally, if your body can’t get rid of a toxin through any of these means, it will simply wall off the offending material. The problem with this last method is that the inflammation needed to wall of a toxic substance (let’s say asbestos) leads to the formation of very fibrous scar tissue. This scar tissue often is created exactly where you don’t want it, like your lungs or your arteries. This is why there was so much litigation around asbestos exposure. The body would wall off the dangerous asbestos molecules causing severe lung scarring (asbestosis) because our bodies cannot “detoxify” asbestos in any other way.

FAT AND WATER

The liver processes fat soluble toxins
so that they can be eliminated
through your intestines as bile.

Toxins fall into two broad categories, fat soluble and water soluble. This means that a given chemical can only really be stored in fat or water, but usually not both. For instance, vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble, so they are stored in fat cells in your body, the liver specifically. While vitamins are not toxins, it illustrates how things can be stored and transported in the body. Because they need fat to make their way into your body, this is why many supplements are supposed to be taken with a meal.

The body uses two different approaches to remove toxins from our bodies:

Fat soluble toxins are removed by the liver through the production of bile (a digestive enzyme the liver produces) and releases it into the small intestine during digestion. Once there, it is absorbed by the fiber in your diet, and safely pushed through until you deposit it in the toilet. This is one of the big reasons why fiber is so important in your diet; without enough of it, the toxins can be reabsorbed through your intestine into your body and must be processed out again.

The kidney removes water
soluble toxins.

Water soluble toxins have a number of different ways of being detoxified and removed by our bodies. After the liver processes them into (slightly) safer versions, the “tagged” toxins travel through your bloodstream until they reach the kidneys. Once in the kidneys, the chemical tag the liver put on the toxin is recognized by the cells there and the tagged toxins are moved through to the bladder, where you can pee them out safely. This is why urine tests are so useful for recognizing imbalances in chemicals in your body, as many chemicals are removed this way if they are in excess or there is some other problem. This is also why urine tests are used to detect the “metabolites” (chemicals produced in breaking down a substance) of drugs, legal or otherwise.

THE LIVER

The “go to” organ for dealing with things that don’t belong in your body is the liver. Your liver plays a number of crucial roles in your system especially the immune system, well as regulating levels of a large number of hormones and other chemicals (e.g. vitamins, blood sugar levels) that, if out of balance, could be considered toxic. Your liver is also one of the main places that medications and other drugs are broken down so that they can be removed from your body. On top of all this, the liver both aids in digestion (by producing bile to help digest fats) and sends out processed waste for removal. There are two major steps in processing toxins.

 

The cytochrome system is an extremely complex set of enzymes that perform a remarkable number of reactions in virtually every cell in your body. When your liver encounters a toxin, the cytochrome system is the first line of defense that springs into action. There are about 100 enzymes involved in this process, and they essentially convert anything they can into water-soluble chemicals that can be removed by (primarily) your kidneys.

The major detox pathways and what supports them.

Anything the cytochrome enzymes can’t convert into specifically a water-soluble chemical is transformed into a type called a reactive form, called a “free radical”. This means that an oxygen atom is tagged onto it, making it potentially more harmful, except that it then becomes a target for anti-oxidants in your body.

Glutathione

One of the most powerful anti-oxidants found in the body is a chemical called glutathione. Glutathione is found in our diet and also naturally produced by your body. It is found in fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat. It is a pretty simple compound made up of three amino acids — cysteine, glutamic acid, and glycine. Even though it is found in a number of foods, supplementing glutathione directly does not appear to be effective, since the body can’t absorb it very well in the intestines. You can, however, supplement the levels of the amino acids it is made up of (cysteine, glutamic acid, and glycine) to allow your body to produce more as it is needed. Glutathione is the main way that our bodies remove heavy metals and many fat-soluble toxins, by binding with them and making the water-soluble for the kidney to remove.

Glutathione is also one of the major ways your body processes toxins after the cytochrome system is done working on them. The cytochrome system generates a lot of “free radicals” (chemicals that can cause DNA damage as well as physical damage to many cells in the body) when processing toxins. In order to “fix” these free radicals generated from the cytochrome system, glutathione is essential. If your body runs out of glutathione because of a particularly strong or chronic exposure to toxins, these dangerous forms of toxins (free radicals) can cause significant damage.

WHAT CAN I DO TO REMOVE TOXINS FROM MY BODY?

While there are many things you can do to increase toxin removal, there are some small changes that make a big difference.

First, avoid taking in the toxins in to your body to begin with: For example, eating organic food instead of conventionally farmed foods can remove almost all synthetic pesticides getting into your body. This alone greatly reduces the toxic load that your body must process, not to mention avoiding the nasty side effects of pesticides overall. Other important toxins to avoid are Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) like formaldehyde.

Second, eat more fiber: Since fiber helps to remove fat soluble toxins in your intestines (released as bile) while also preventing them from being reabsorbed, increasing your fiber intake can reduce the burden of having to reprocess the toxins that don’t get a chance to clear and are reabsorbed.

Charcoal appears to act in a similar fashion to fiber in this regard, absorbing and binding with potentially dangerous chemicals and poisons; this is why when someone accidentally ingests a poison, doctors may recommend taking activated charcoal, as it helps neutralize many different kinds of poisons. Products like Takesumi Supreme (finely ground carbonized bamboo) do this remarkably well, and are a safe way that I use to help my body remove potential toxins. Originally developed and sold in Japan, Takesumi can be used in water or even added to baked goods as a source of fiber, as many Japanese bakeries do. Takesumi is an extremely gentle and safe method for removing excessive heavy metals. It can be particularly helpful in removing mercury in people who have problems associated with excessive mercury buildup in their bodies.

Supplements

In addition to these changes, you could also consider taking some supplements to support the systems that work to keep you toxin-free. The best supplements to help your body remove toxins are those that act as anti-oxidants or in some way enhance the production of glutathione. These include:

  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA)
  • Selenium (found in onions, broccoli, and Brazil nuts)
  • S-adenosylmethione (SAMe)
  • amino acids like cysteine, glutamic acid, and glycine (which make up glutathione)
  • Milk Thistle (helps produce glutathione)

CONCLUSION

It is important to remember that the toxins in your environment are not the only ones that your body processes. There are waste products in your metabolism that need to be processed out as well, such as hormones, ammonia (from breaking down proteins), and many others. In addition, the liver processes certain things we eat in exactly the same way as toxins, such as ethanol (from alcoholic beverages) and fructose (half of ordinary table sugar). but it can also degrade the performance of the liver removing other toxins.

When you add the load of environmental toxins, your body’s natural detoxification system can easily get overwhelmed. Knowing how to decrease your toxic load and increase your body’s ability to replenish its defenses is a key part of maintaining optimum health

WATER 

Is a very controversial subject in the world of Raw. Some say it must be very alkaline (high pH), others say it must be from a spring, and for me, there is yet another type of water that is preferred.

  

Which water is best to consume? A great question considering water is used for every metabolic function in the human body. We cannot live long without water; in fact, “NO” life is possible without water.  

 

Water is NOT a nutrient, it is composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Water helps the body carry in nutrients and carry out waste. It is also used to regulate body tempreture through sweat when we overheat, and if our inner tissues are too warm the blood will absorb more fluid (water) to help cool things down. Water is a major part of our secretions too e.g. tears, saliva, pancreatic enzymes, mucus, hormones, etc.

Water is obtained by the body through three possible sources:

 

1. Food consumtion (raw is 70-90% water). From this process the average human will receive the major portion of his/her daily requirements. 

 

2. The human body itself is a water manufacturing machine. This occurs through the oxidation of food. During this process the food is broken down in the body and is converted into energy and structure for the body. Hydrogen is created as a by-product of this process. When the oxygen we breathcombines with the hydrogen, it creates pure water. This is where the balance of our daily water intake should come from.

 

3. Though 1 and 2 should be all you need (forever ending the “what is the best water” debate)there is of course,the direct intake of water.

 

However, I believe man was NOT designed to drink fluids after weaning age! Hang with me here for a minute and ask yourself these questions: 

 

A. Was man designed with a beak or a snout with which to suck up water from a stream, lake, or river?  

 

B. Was man designed to take in water with his head bent forward?

 

C. Does man have a tongue designed for lapping up water?  

 

D. Was man designed with an apparatus to place water in until he became thirsty (like a hump, cup, or canteen)?  

 

E. Was man originally given a juicer to juice solids (no Champion juicers in the Garden of Eden/nature)?

 

F. Cupping your hands together at the rivers edge is very inefficient, as most of the water never reaches your mouth.  

WATER NEEDS:

Approximately 2 and 1/2 quarts of pure water are lost from the average human body daily.
Approximately 2 and 1/2 quarts of pure water are taken in daily under “normal”,”healthy”, circumstances. This through the consumption of uncooked plants, and the oxidation of real foods.
Please do not be fooled by those who claim you divide your weight with whatever number to determine your body’s need for water. There is no predetermined amount of water one should consume. Simply drink only when you are thirsty! Too much water leads to something called Polyuria. Polyuria taxes your Kidneys and leaches minerals from your body. On the flip side, 

 not enough water will dehydrate you.

 

Should we be cooked, sick, experiencing a heat wave, or exercising; more water is needed. Those that tout spring water as healthy claim that the only sources of water for early humans were spring and rain waters. My colleges and I believe that rain, rivers,

and streams were likely NOT our main source of water until we became cooked and invented tools. Rather, we believe food was the primary source of water while springs and rivers were more of a water supplement. Who really knows for sure, as none of us were there. The reality is if you lived in a dessert you were probably were looking for an outside source of water. While those who lived in a rain forest or a wet climate food in and of itself was likely enough water most of the time.

 

Types of water include: tap, reverse osmosis, distilled, rain, well, spring, mineral, purified, filtered, among others. I cannot break them all down today, but we will concentrate on spring and high alkaline waters as I have received many emails from raw leaders stating that these type waters are the best. I disagree with those assertions, and this is why: 
 STARTING WITH THE FIRST MYTH 

It is widely believed due to the fact that raw food leaders have done such a great job promoting the falsity that all spring waters are alkaline, and all reverse osmosis waters are acidic. I assure you there are very acidic spring waters and very alkaline reverse osmosis waters. It all depends on the pH of the original source of the water.

A quote by free drinking water:

 

“We have done many laboratory tests on the effects of RO systems on water pH composition. The Southern California water sources used in our tests were slightly alkaline with an average pre-treatment rating of 8.12 pH. After filtration through the RO systems, the resulting pH averaged 8.06. Our results confirmed the conclusions of others in the scientific community -the reverse osmosis treatment process has a very minimal effect on water pH chemistry.”

 

One of the things I never hear from those talking about water is what happens to the pH after water enters the human body. I mean who really cares what’s going on with water while it’s sitting in a glass? When water hits the inside of the human body major changes occur and to me this is what really matters. The question is, “Does it really matter if water has a high or low pH prior to being ingested?” According to former Super Model Carol Alt it does. I saw Carol Alt on her TV program about raw food a couple of days ago. She was discussing the importance of alkaline or high pH water. This because she said inflammation is the cause of all diseases and inflammation is caused by being too acidic. This is why she believes we need to drink waters that are high in pH. Insisting these high alkaline waters will make our acidic bodies more alkaline. I am sure that makes perfect sense to many people. Unfortunately, it doesn’t make much sense to me. Here’s why…

 

How can I say something so silly, the pH of water while on the outside of our body must be important, right? Well, not really. You see, if water is too acidic, or for that matter too alkaline, the human body will not allow the water into its cells. The body will first buffer either acidic or alkaline waters to the perfect pH of 7.365 before it will allow the water into our cells.

 

Here’s an excerpt of what a water Guru had to say about water pH after the water enters the body:

 

“Water pH levels will automatically change when it is ingested and comes into contact with the food in your stomach (Wise, 2011).  Even on an empty stomach, your stomach acid alone is already several times more acidic than RO water (pH 6-8) with a pH level of 2 (Wise, 2011).  The human body regulates pH levels constantly to find balance and equilibrium. Therefore under normal conditions it will always maintain a neutral 7.4 pH balance (Wise, 2011). The healthy body is very robust and it will restore homeostatic pH fairly quickly and easily (Wise 2011).Drinking slightly acidic water is safe as long as the water is clean and contaminant free. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables every day will also help balance your body pH and keep you strong and healthy.”

Now, the more alkaline or acidic the water, the more buffering that will be required. So, theoretically, the closer we get to the perfect pH of 7.365 the less buffering (nutrients) will be required. However, we are splitting hairs now, as there’s not a lot of buffering required to either an acidic or alkaline glass of water. 

 

Remember, orange and apple juices have a pH of around 3 (very acidic). Does that fact make these juices bad for you? In the eyes of those that promote neutral or high alkaline waters it must! They seem to not realize the body has all the control when it comes to water pH no matter which pH you send in. To me, orange and apple juices are quite healthy! These raw juices that are 99% water with a pH of 3 contain all the nutrients needed for the body to buffer them to the proper pH (without borrowing). Since water does not have the nutrients (water is NOT living despite the mislabeling of “Living” water) needed to ensure no borrowing from the body for the buffering to occur, simply squeeze a citrus fruit into your pure water. This will not raise the pH of the water, in fact, it will lower. The body will use some of those nutrients and enzymes sent in with the water for the necessary buffering. This is not a  

necessity  

since the cost of buffering water pH is so minimal to the human body.
 The second issue 

I have with spring waters are the very minerals contained therein. I never hear those that promote spring water mention this fact either. When it come to spring water all the minerals are DEAD, inorganic, literal toxins to the human body. Costing the body in valuable nutrients (vitamins, minerals, energy, and enzymes) to expel/store the dead (inorganic) minerals that came in with the water from the body. For minerals to be health producing in the human body they must have hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen (aka a protein molecule) attached to the mineral. Humans cannot attach protein molecules to anything, nor can any animal in the animal kingdom. If we were capable, we would be able to drink pasteurized milk and convert it to raw milk. Only the plant kingdom is capable of attaching protein molecules to inorganic soil (minerals) making the soil alive, or useful to the human body. 

The main reason I prefer pure water is that I do not want all those metals and dead minerals found in spring water to enter my body. The principal natural sources of the hardness found in spring water are dissolved polyvalent metallic ions from sedimentary rocks, seepage and runoff from soils (and who knows what else are in those soils?).  

As a youth my buddies and I would hike in Palm Springs California at a place called Tahquitz. It was great, with its deep pools and tall waterfalls. We would jump from the tallest falls bare naked into the pools below. Tahquitz was loaded with foolish dangers that as kids we loved so much. Areas like “lizards ledge”, a ledge that was only a few inches wide that had to be crossed to reach the falls and if you fell, it would most certainly be to your death. The stream that flowed down the middle of this canyon was at times so incredibly strong and loud, that we would have to yell at the top of our lungs just to communicate with someone standing only 20 feet away. We heard on a few occasions of people drowning because of the flash floods that occurred there with regularity. Sometimes it became extremely hot while we were hiking in the canyon. So we would drink and fill our canteens straight from this roaring stream. The powers that be have long since closed down our beloved canyon. However, prior to the close I remember one time a mountain goat had died upstream and was decomposing in the stream. Unknowingly we drank from the stream like we always did. Everyone of us became SO sick from drinking that spring water we almost wished we would die. The point is you never know what is in the water if the water is not pure.  

 

For me, something just does not feel right about purposely eating the bad things found in spring water. Those dead minerals, metals, etc., will require even more buffering to neutralize and remove/store from your body than simply buffering the lower pH pure water to the proper pH.

 

I remember when a product called Adya Clarity came out on the market. It bound the minerals in spring water together and many raw food leaders were beside themselves with euphoria. They loved this product! They would put a couple drops in their glass of spring water and became literally giddy as they watched the water cloud up from the minerals binding to each other. They were so happy! The only thing I thought was, “Look at all that crap in their water!” Then I read the ingredients of Adya Clarity and knew from day one this too is something that should not go into my body. Turns out months later, the same people that touted this stuff as a lifesaver of spring water proclaimed it harmful to the human body. Both refunds and lawsuits ensued and I for the life of me could not understand why they did not simply drinkpure water.

 

If you were to separate all the components from a fruit and placed them in separate piles. Enzymes in one pile, vitamins in one pile, pulp in another, minerals, fat, protein, etc in their perspective piles. When you were done you would have water, nothing but pure water. This pure water is what I believe we should consume. In fact, it is the exact same water molecule that our own bodies manufacture via the oxidation process. This is why I recommend Reverse Osmosis water. This type of water is nothing but pure water molecules, again, the same pure water our own bodies manufacture. RO can be every bit as alkaline as spring water and if it is not, simply add a citrus (but not required).  

 

If I had to say something negative about RO, it would be that it takes a lot of water to create RO water. 

 I DO NOT CLAIM TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT HEALTH 

However, I do claim to know a lot about health, and unlike most I am not afraid to tell you if I am not sure about something. I can tell you this for sure, RO is the type of water I’ve consumed for at least a decade and my tissues test alkaline. So, I ask you, “How bad can this type of water be?” The next time someone tells you spring or high alkaline waters are the way, ask them if they’ve had their tissue pH tested lately? 
In the end, like always, the choice is yours. I do not think you will be terribly disappointed if you choose either spring, high alkaline, or RO because none of them are that horrible for human consumption.  
 
Since a choice must be made, around here we choose RO and our own tissues seem to agree. If you want hands down the very best water in world, its located right in your own food!

It is possible that iodine deficiency, which is the most common cause of brain damage and mental disability in the world, could be lessened by simply cutting back on the use of fluoride. 13. Do not eat GMO foods

 

WHY?

Genetically Modified foods are created by forcing genes from one species, such as bacteria, viruses , animals or humans, into the DNA of a food crop or animal to introduce their desired trait.

Eating Genetically Modified Foods damages, livers & kidneys. Serious health risks are associated with genetically modified foods, including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, faulty insulin regulation. 14. Do not use a microwave oven

Royal Rife: Cancer Cure Genius Silenced by Medical Mafia

What if someone invented an electronic device that would destroy pathogens, bacteria, and even viruses with no toxic side effects? What if that same device could wipe out cancer by altering the cancer’s cellular environment or by killing cancer viruses with an electronic or ultra sonic beam? That was accomplished years ago. The researcher who invented and perfected this device had an odd name, Royal Raymond Rife. But his associates and colleagues knew him as Roy Rife.

The original Rife machine, based on a naval radio frequency oscillator, evolved to the Rife Ray Tube. It is the basis of Rife technology that underwent successful trials and experiments as it was developed in the 1930′s. You’d think that further research into Rife’s findings would have been supported and propagated further for the welfare of all. And at first it was. But guess what, Rife’s technology was suppressed by the medical mafia, and very little has come of it. Nothing new here.

How It Works (Basically)

Have you ever seen or heard of singers who could shatter wine glasses by hitting and sustaining the right note? How about striking a tuning fork held next to another of the same pitch that is not struck, but vibrates and makes a tone anyway? These are visible examples of vibrational reciprocity in the sonic range. From this basic understanding, Rife developed what he called resonance therapy.

Imagine if minuscule pathogens had energy frequencies beyond the sonic range that, if induced, would cause the pathogen to implode or explode. This Rife called the Mortal Oscillatory Resonance or MOR. It is technology within the arena of energetic healing, but more in the western mode of challenging pathogens with technological machinery from outside. With a special microscope of his own making, Rife was able to observe and record the MOR of many pathogens.

Instead of dealing with the vibrational field of the patient, or the patient’s chi energy, Rife used high frequency energies created by electronic machinery to alter both pathogens and their environments. The difference between Rife’s Ray Beam and common radiation therapy was that only those specific MOR frequencies of targeted microorganisms had negative responses. All other cells were left unharmed. This is the essence of Rife’s technology.

Also included in his research was observing morphing pathogenic bacteria and viruses into different less destructive forms. He was among a growing number of microbiologists and researchers who had adopted Pleomorphism as an explanation of microorganism life. Pleomorphism posits that the life form of a pathogenic microbe alters, possibly many times.

Rife also noticed corresponding changes in the tissue or blood environment of these morphing microorganisms. This led to the theory that the condition of the germs’ medium, i.e. the blood or tissue, was the cause of disease and not the germ. Rife did observe the pH changes in what is now called the field or terrain in the microorganism’s host environment as well as its association with bacterial/viral morphing.

He considered that the field pH changes influenced the microorganisms morphing, causing them to become more pathogenic or more benign depending on the pH factor. This was the precursor to the field or terrain theory as a source of disease that many holistic healers now embrace over the germ theory. Rife was beginning to realize this in spite of being able to kill the germs of many diseases with his ray tube.

Monomorphismwas the accepted theory at that time since microscopy was not able to observe the mutable morphing of microorganisms. This re-enforced the old germ theory and made a lot of people in western medicine happy to be in their profession. What was usually observed with the microscopes of that time were simply shells of dead viruses and bacteria.

Because the electronics of electronic microscopes killed the tiny microbes, electronic microscopes were unable to observe pleomorphic alterations or the result of the correct resonance (MOR) applied for its destruction while alive. As is the nature for accepted doctrine, especially when there are significant monetary interests, monomorphism was in and pleomorphism was out!

This despite the fact that to pleomorphism advocates’ glee, Rife’s Universal Microscope made observing microbes changing form a reality. Photos and films were provided to scientists who were open to this, and eventually a couple of prominent scientists gained access to Rife’s Universal Microscope to observe the previously unseen phenomena first hand.

Rife’s Early Achievements

Royal Raymond Rife left the United States after his medical education and trained for six years at the Carl Zeis Optical Company in Germany. The unique and complex microscope he created used different mediums for bending light than normal optics used prior to his ultimate invention, which he called the Universal Microscope. That achievement alone brought him fame in the inner circles of the scientific community.

However, the mother for this invention was his desire to see the tiniest microorganisms alive for as long as desired, enabling him to notice when they disintegrated or changed form from a focused ultra sonic frequency. The Universal Microscope enabled Rife to painstakingly record the exact frequencies, or MOR (mortal oscillatory resonance) to destroy different pathogens, even viruses, that were commonly found in the blood and tissues from many of the diseases.

During Rife’s time, a virus was defined simply as a living microorganism too small to be seen with a microscope. Of course, his unique microscope changed that. With its astounding 31,000X magnifying power, which some say could be boosted to twice that power with special UV lighting, Rife was able to observe microorganisms morph into different forms, sometimes as many as 16, and disintegrate with the corresponding mortal oscillatory resonance (MOR) frequencies.

For his scientific genius, Rife was nominated for the Alternative Nobel Prize, Europe’s arrangement to award more risk taking ventures passed over by the Swedish Noble Prize. Rife’s genius was boundless, he excelled in microbiology, optics, and other mechanical and electronic applications.

Henry Timken, Jr., the wealthy owner of Timken Roller Bearing Company became Rife’s patron, enabling Roy Rife to maintain independent research without interruption. Out of gratitude for a Rife invention that had reduced his production costs, Timken established a laboratory on his estate in San Diego, CA for Rife to research as he desired with the best equipment available. It was a state of the art lab.

Rife was also introduced to Dr. Milbank Johnson, who was the head of a regional medical board and affiliated with the University of Southern California (USC) medical department. Dr. Johnson admired and respected Rife’s ideas and ingenuity. As the head of a regional medical institution, he had political clout in the medical community throughout the nation. Dr. Johnson’s support of Rife’s work enabled Rife to continue his research unabated by medical authority throughout the 1930′s.

Dr. Johnson helped Rife network with a couple of eminent bacteriologists who were interested in pleomorphism research, Dr. Arthur Kendall of Northwestern University in Chicago and Dr. E. C. Rosenow of the Rochester, Minnesota Mayo Clinic. Those two participated with Rife by using his Universal Microscope to see what Roy Rife was seeing to confirm their theories.

After experimenting by infecting lab animals and curing them, Rife was confident that his research could now extend to real life human cancer victims. Dr. Johnson set up clinical trials out of USC’s medical school. The clinical trail results were monitored by a team of physicians headed by pathologist Alvin Ford, MD.

Rife was presented with 16 terminal cancer victims afflicted by a variety of malignancies. The USC team of physicians declared 14 of those 16 were clinically cured within 70 days. The other 2 took 20 days longer. The treatments included short breaks with nutrients to promote lymphatic elimination of the destroyed microbes.

In 1940, Dr. Arthur W. Yale announced that Rife had discovered a technique for curing cancer so unique and amazing that medicine was on the verge of completely eliminating the second highest cause of disease death in America. Unfortunately, Dr. Yale did not have the last word.

The Beginning of Betrayal and Suppression

Any threat to the medical mafia with a cancer cure that was not dependent on AMA surgery or Big Pharma drugs needed to be openly challenged by the monomorphic crowd, whose theory supported curing by surgical removal, dangerous radiation, or poisonous drugs. And Rife’s Ray Beam therapy was not just for curing cancer, but for curing any and all diseases without the use of surgery or drugs!

For every Rifean there were many others whose careers were threatened by anything outside of their cash flow boxes. Dr. Thomas Rivers was among the first to attack, and he was right out of the Rockefeller Institute. He was joined by Dr. Hans Zinser, a Harvard Medical School microbiologist. They declared Rife’s theories and techniques as worthless. Naturally, many others in the habit of obedience to authority joined in.

But this was just the beginning of Rife’s descent into doom. Around 1936, Rife realized he needed to form an independent company producing more manageable machines than the monstrosity in his lab. Rife contracted an individual who understood his invention, and who demonstrated the ability to package Rife’s devices more compactly while maintaining their efficiency. That man was Philip Hoyland, an electronic/electrical engineer.

Rife, Hoyland, and two other associates formed the Beam Ray Corporation with the idea of making and distributing the machines to clinicians and physicians. Soon, along came the doctor who had never practiced medicine, Morris Fishbein, the notorious alternative cancer cure hit man and head of the AMA. Just as he has done with others who had come up with cancer cures outside the cut, burn, and poison mode, Fishbein made a move to possess and control Rife’s technology at first.

He bribed Hoyland with $10,000 to file a suit against Rife in order to obtain the company and include a Fishbein agent on the board of directors while excluding Rife. Ten grand was quite a lot in those days. Rife counter sued and won in 1939. The litigation and betrayal took an emotional and financial toll on the normally reclusive scientist, and he began drinking.

Then the big bad Fishbein decided if he couldn’t have the Rife operation, he’d destroy it. This was Morris Fishbein’s MO with others who had come up with alternative cancer cures, but would not allow him to virtually steal them away and possibly hide them. He used his Machiavellian clout to ban doctors from using Rife technology and even confiscated equipment.

A small circle of doctors in California continued despite the national pressure, thanks to the protection of a politically powerful medical person, the same Dr. Milbank Johnson who was always in Rife’s corner. However, Dr. Johnson passed away in 1944, and the AMA had its way as medical mafia terrorists!

Suspiciously, upon Dr. Johnson’s death, many of the documents from the USC clinical trails he had held completely disappeared. Not long after, investigators suspected that he was poisoned just prior to announcing Rife’s successes publicly.

Equipment was confiscated, laboratories were destroyed, one doctor was harassed to the point of quitting the profession, and another was reported as having committed suicide! The wife of another doctor had a nervous breakdown, forcing her to receive shock therapy during her two months in a mental hospital. Medical mafia is an appropriate term after all!

Rife MOR Therapy on Life Support

Again, Roy Rife made another attempt at manufacturing and distributing his Rife Ray Beam devices with the technology for using them correctly. He partnered with an engineer named John Crane, who had encouraged Rife to continue. They made a bit of a stir with even better designs that were easier to use around 1960.

But even without Fishbein, who was forced to retire in 1954 because of the AMA scandals discovered by the 1953 Fitzgerald congressional committee, the FDA took over harassment activities and seized Rife and Crane’s latest equipment.

All this plus the death of his beloved wife of over 30 years left Rife a broken man. In 1961, at the age of 73, Roy Rife fled the country to nearby Mexico. Rife had added Valium to his drinking habit, yet he managed to live until 1971, when he died in Mexico at the age of 83. John Crane later explained that Rife was a great researcher, but was not cut out to be a fighter. However, John Crane was a knowledgeable and outspoken fighter.

After Rife’s exodus to Mexico, John Crane still attempted to bring Rife’s technology to public awareness while railing against the medical establishment’s suppression of his constitutional rights. He was criminally indicted and tried on charges involving practicing medicine without a license. The trail jury was screened to eliminate all those with any medical knowledge, especially alternative healing, while retaining an AMA doctor as the jury foreman!

Rife submitted a deposition from Mexico to support Crane’s defense, but it was not even admitted. Talk about getting railroaded! Crane was convicted and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. Two of the three counts against Crane were overturned later, and he was released from prison after serving 3 years and 1 month.

Yet even after his release from prison, Crane continued his work underground and compiled and produced a 1000 page manual on the Rife machine’s design and use, which has survived after his death in 1995. Thanks to John Crane’s persistent work, Rife’s ray beam technology managed to stay alive, but only on life support.

In 1986, Barry Lynes, author of The Cancer Cure That Worked: 50 Years of Suppression, a book that chronicles Royal Raymond Rife’s life and work, submitted an article to every member of the U.S. Congress and the staff and students of George Washington University’s medical school as a last gasp effort to openly investigate Rife’s work without bias. Nothing, not even one response, came of it.

Currently, the life support system for Rife’s work is a scattered group of technically oriented individuals and holistic and allopathic doctors, connecting by Internet throughout the world, especially from Europe. They are holding Rife’s technology together, some even using it, in the hopes that someday it will see the light of day for all of humanity

 Detoxing can be hard on your body and cause a wide variety of alarming side effects. After all, the substances being removed are usually pretty horrible, consisting of toxic chemicals from Teflon, vaccines, pesticide residues, pharmaceutical drugs, chemotherapy residue, heavy metals, aluminum, radiation, and even by-products from GMO foods. There are numerous detoxing agents and methods available — some more costly than others — and some producing very intense experiences with potentially dangerous side effects.

However, there are several ways to remove these noxious substances gently, with kindness to your system. These techniques may take a bit longer to achieve completion; however, if you have the time and are sensitive, or just don’t like pain, one of these methods should work for you.

Pectin

Fruit pectin is probably the most gentle method of detoxing contaminants. Pectin comes from the fibrous portion of the fruit and is most commonly found in the pith of limes, lemons and other citrus fruit as well as in apples. Other sources of pectin are bananas, grapes, carrots, and cabbage. Pectin helps to release heavy metals, chemicals and other substances into the blood stream, where it binds to them and flushes them from the body. Simply eating fruit high in pectin will help to cleanse your system, or you can add a pectin product to a glass of water, organic grape juice or fresh veggie juice to speed the detox process. Beware of pectin sold in grocery stores, as some brands may contain MSG. Check health food stores for the best products.

Cilantro

The delicious culinary herb cilantro, happens to be one of the most effective and gentle detoxifiers of mercury, heavy metals and other toxic contaminants. You can buy cilantro juice at health food stores or simply include the fresh herb in your diet as pesto or seasoning to control the amount consumed and limit unwanted side effects. It’s inexpensive and works without the addition of man-made chemicals. Cilantro also possesses antibacterial and antifungal properties, quickly reducing infection and inflammation as it works to clear your system.

Chlorella

Chlorella is a single cell algae sea vegetable that grows in fresh water. Some of the best cholrella reserves have come from Japan; however, use caution when buying Japanese chlorella due to possible exposure to radiation from Fukushima. Chlorella is an easy-to-digest superfood best known for being able to remove mercury and other  heavy metalsfrom the cells. Too much chlorella can produce side effects — mostly in the digestive tract — where it works best to bind to mercury, eliminating it. Start with the lowest quantity and work up slowly for a gentle detox.

Wheatgrass

Juicing fresh produce and grasses such as wheat or barley grass provides an excellent way to remove toxins from the system. Wheatgrass is high in nutritional content, and provides vitamins, minerals and all nine essential amino acids. Wheatgrass can be a powerful detox,  so start slowly with only a small amount of juice to keep it gentle — 1/2 ounce a day — and work up to avoid symptoms.

Using gentle detoxing products requires that you repeat treatments over a period of time until all symptoms have cleared. Side effects may include nausea, vomiting, muscle aches and pains, dizziness and fatigue. Additionally, detoxing can cause a flare-up in your condition temporarily. It’s just the  toxins leaving your system and should pass shortly. If side effects are severe, reduce the quantity of whatever you’re using to detox. If the symptoms continue, stop and consult your natural health practitioner for further instructions.
