What are Food Stuffs? A baked potato is a food, and french fries are  food stuffs.  An apple is a food. A apple hot pocket is a food stuff. You get the picture? A grain growing out in the field is a whole grain. A whole grain hamburger bun is a food stuff.  Here is what happens, in my opinion, after administering thousands of colonics with colon hydrotherapy utilizing water irrigation.

As a young child about 5 years old, let’s say you went to a ball game and your parents sat you down and you had; a hot dog with ketchup, some french fries with ketchup and a bubbly soda. Every bite of that meal went in that little body of yours, but most likely not every little bite came out. WHY? Because you ate food stuffs.

Food stuffs have no energy or power left in them. They have been picked, cut, canned, frozen, denatured, processed,  preservatives added, re-packaged, box, bagged, canned,  jarred and  shipped, frozen again, stored, cooked etc….. Now I want you to look back at all the food stuffs you ate during the decades you have been eating. Every time you ate a food stuff, you left a layer of food stuffs lining your intestines. Just like layers of an onion, it builds over time. Now it is rotten food stuffs, because  it’s trapped inside our anaerobic environment. Stuck inside the lining of your intestines like glue until you start to feel bad.

Along into your second and third decade of this food stuffs lining your intestines, you start to complain of the following 22 classic symptoms.

The colon is supposed to be your immune system, but it’s lined with a gooey, sludgy, mucousy, greenish, blackish, grayish, decades old food stuffs. The intestines are  so marred by this debris, when the least little bacteria, floats under your nose, it will stay with you because they are smart bugs. The bacteria, fungus and viruses are attracted to you because you have rotten food and they love that. So say you have a super clean body, inside and out,  and bad bacteria goes under your nose. The bacterium are forced to move on to another person and/or die because  there is no rotten food to feed on. On the other hand, the  person that has rotten food in the intestines provides meals for the bad bacterium, fungi, and viruses and all of their offspring. They multiply at alarming rates too.

The large intestine has a great responsibility. It houses probiotics in your appendix. When a bad bacteria comes in , probiotics march out of the appendix to combat the bad bacteria.  But if your large intestines are marred with rotten food stuffs, your natural probiotics are trapped down in the appendix. Look at the picture above. The large intestine. The appendix is the tiny piece of skin to the far left hanging there. Some people get so backed up with food stuffs, their appendix gets clogged up and then they have it “cut” out. Geesh…..That’s another blog.

Every time you eat and drink you use your intestines.  You want to place a high plant food diet in your intestines. These foods act like janitors in there and swell up and sweep out debris. The following is a list of some of the foods to start with.

  • Carrot: Several carotenoids including beta-carotene, along with vitamin E
  • Kale: Vitamin C, folate, magnesium, and several carotenoids including beta carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin
  • Parsley: Vitamin C, folate, several carotenoids and flavonols
  • Spinach: Folate, vitamin C, vitamin E, several carotenoids, iron, and calcium
  • Brown Rice Bran: Dietary fiber, several B vitamins, and minerals
